VEAL // Performance + Installation

THE INVISIBLE DOG ART CENTER // BROOKLYN, NEW YORK // FEBRUARY 2013

+ Innovative Installation Design Recognition by 2013 World Stage Design in Cardiff, United Kingdom

In this performance/design work by Harrison Atelier, five installations in the main gallery of the Invisible Dog Art Center trace the life-cycle of the industrial animal, revealing, through designed objects, original music and choreography, the inhumane presumption at the core of a vast economy hidden from public view. VEAL highlights the ethical and environmental consequences of industrialized animal slaughter.
